Andrew H. Choi is a key contributor to KBK’s media and entertainment practice, where he represents clients in complex litigation and high-stakes disputes at the intersection of law and business.

His experience includes managing significant matters involving high-profile sports and entertainment disputes, corporate acquisitions and mergers, and government investigations. He has represented creative professionals including artists, record companies, production studios, and talent agencies in high-stakes litigation involving intellectual property, data privacy, and breach of contract issues.

Mr. Choi brings a unique understanding of the sports and entertainment industries from his work as a legal extern with Roc Nation and the Brooklyn Nets, as well as from his time as co-president of the Harvard Law Recording Artists Project where he oversaw more than 60 student attorneys and advisors counseling independent musicians. He also regularly devotes time to pro bono immigration matters, including securing the release of a Guatemalan national from an ICE detention facility.

Prior to joining KBK, Mr. Choi served as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he focused on complex litigation and antitrust matters. Before earning his J.D. from Harvard Law School, he served as a U.S. Army officer in an infantry unit in Alaska.
