Andrew Rossi-Schroeder plays an active role in KBK’s award-winning litigation practice, with experience representing clients in complex criminal defense and civil matters. His emphasis lies in white collar defense and entertainment litigation, where he provides clients with strategic and incisive legal guidance.

Prior to joining KBK, Mr. Rossi-Schroeder was a public defender in the Bronx, serving as solo counsel to hundreds of clients on a wide range of criminal matters, litigating the constitutionality of arrests and pre-trial detention conditions, and earning the dismissal of several criminal cases by writing challenges to the sufficiency of government evidence. He has negotiated dozens of plea and immunity agreements and played a key role in trial strategy and jury selection in a first-degree murder case. He also brings ample experience conducting investigations and developing appeals strategy in capital cases, having worked with numerous clients on death row or facing life sentences without possibility of parole.

Mr. Rossi-Schroeder earned his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, where he worked as a student associate for one of the nation’s leading criminal law professors and defense lawyers and served as Editor of the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review.
