She has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including intellectual property disputes, business torts and antitrust matters, employment cases, and breach of contract matters in state and federal courts. Her practice spans all stages of litigation, including pre-dispute negotiations, jury trials, and appeals. Her industry experience ranges from defending technology companies to advising a presidential candidate’s campaign.

  • Obtained over $70 million judgment representing an oil operator in trespass, negligence, and environmental claims from filing of first amended complaint through a seven-week jury trial.
  • Drafted a motion defeating unfair competition law claims brought against a national wellness brand.
  • Served as an integral member of a team representing an autonomous vehicle technology company in a trade secret misappropriation case, obtaining a multimillion-dollar settlement on the courthouse steps.
  • Successfully defended and obtained the voluntary dismissal of all claims and award of costs for a biomedical company in response to fraud claims brought by a celebrity trust.
  • Served on a five-person arbitration team successfully representing a well-known university in an employment dispute brought by a former head sports coach.
