With a strong background in both civil and criminal litigation, Emma M. Tehrani is an integral member of KBK’s adept legal team who offers clients invaluable legal strategy and support.

Ms. Tehrani has represented clients in high-stakes cases involving white collar crime, antitrust matters, healthcare litigation, and employment and financial services disputes. She has also played an important role in a federal criminal antitrust trial and conducted internal investigations for both large companies and government agencies.

Ms. Tehrani is dedicated to pro bono work and has achieved success in obtaining immigration status for undocumented individuals. She is also proficient in French.
