Tia S. Baheri is a key member of the KBK legal team who has extensive experience litigating high-stakes cases in both federal and state court. She has represented noteworthy clients in various industries and a range of legal areas, including copyright, trademark, complex commercial disputes, constitutional law, and criminal matters.

Ms. Baheri has successfully managed cases in all stages of litigation. She has handled filing and responding to complaints, dispositive motion practice, written discovery and depositions, and court arguments. She maintains an active pro bono practice with a focus on criminal justice reform. She is also fluent in Farsi, and proficient in French and German.
