June 2024 – Kendall Brill & Kelly LLP has again been recognized by Chambers USA as one of California’s top litigation firms in two practice areas: Media and Entertainment Litigation and White Collar Defense and Government Investigations. The organization also honored seven of the firm’s attorneys as among the best in their respective practices in its 2024 Legal Guide: Laura W. BrillBert H. DeixlerRobert Edward DugdalePhilip M. In its rankings, Chambers cited clients who described the firm as “a strong litigation boutique with a diversity of practitioners to handle a variety of high-profile litigation.”

Notable recent firm representations cited by Chambers included acting as co-lead counsel in defending Lionsgate Entertainment against a copyright infringement lawsuit, and the successful defense of a medical executive that led to complete dismissal of an anti-kickback indictment brought by the US Attorney’s Office for California’s Central District.
