October 2020 – Kendall Brill & Kelly LLP Partners Laura W. Brill, Bert H. Deixler, Philip M. Kelly, and Richard B. Kendall were named as 2021 Litigation Stars by Benchmark Litigation, which says it is the only annual international guide devoted to recognizing the world’s leading litigators and litigation firms.
Benchmark Litigation said the KBK partners were among the nation’s “preeminent litigation practitioners,” and that it bases its selection on research that is conducted through “extensive interviews with litigators, dispute resolution specialists and their clients.” During these interviews, Benchmark Litigation said it examines recent casework handled by law firms and asks individual litigators to provide their professional opinions on peers and practitioners within their jurisdiction or practice area.
