January 2026 – Kendall Brill & Kelly LLP (KBK) is pleased to announce that Andrew H. Choi has joined the firm, further strengthening KBK’s skilled media and entertainment litigation practice.
Mr. Choi joins KBK with expertise in complex litigation and high-stakes disputes at the intersection of law and business. His experience spans sports and entertainment litigation, antitrust and competition matters, corporate transactions, and government investigations, with a particular focus on disputes involving high-profile entities and significant commercial exposure. He has represented clients across multiple federal district courts, including in antitrust enforcement, corporate mergers, and indirect-purchaser class actions.
Mr. Choi also brings to the firm a unique understanding of the sports and entertainment landscape. He previously served as a legal extern with ROC Nation and the Brooklyn Nets through the Harvard Law School Sports Law Clinic, working directly with in-house counsel on litigation strategy, endorsement and brand-partnership disputes, collective bargaining issues, and emerging matters related to name, image, and likeness (NIL) rights. He also co-led the Harvard Law Recording Artists Project, overseeing a team of student attorneys and advisors providing legal guidance to musicians, record labels, and managers on contractual, royalty, and rights-management issues.
Before joining KBK, Mr. Choi served as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he worked on complex litigation and antitrust matters, including merger-related investigations and federal court challenges.
Prior to his career in law, Mr. Choi served in the United States Army in an Arctic Infantry unit. He earned his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, where he served as an editor of the Harvard Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law.
