July 2025 – Kendall Brill & Kelly LLP (KBK) Partner Nary Kim (Entertainment, Media, Complex Litigation) and Associates Daniel Barlava (Commercial Litigation), David T. Freenock (Litigation), and Michael J. McCarthy (White Collar, Investigations, Litigation) have been named to the 2025 Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation list. Lawdragon, a legal media company that provides guides to the nation’s leading lawyers, recognizes only 500 attorneys in its annual Next Generation list who “provide a forecast of the fascinating future of global law practice.”
This marks the third year in a row that Ms. Kim has been named to the list, and the first time that Mr. Barlava, Mr. Freenock, and Mr. McCarthy have received this recognition.
Now in its third year, the publication’s Next Generation guide celebrates “multi-talented, dedicated, and focused” attorneys who have been out of law school for less than 15 years and are “making their mark” on the legal profession. To determine its final list of honorees, Lawdragon conducted extensive independent research and vetted thousands of nominees with the help of their peers.
