September 2024 — Lawdragon, a legal publication that annually recognizes “the best litigators the U.S. has to offer,” named eight Kendall Brill & Kelly attorneys to its 2025 “500 Leading Litigators in America” list for their respective contributions across several practice areas over the past year: Laura W. Brill, Bert H. Deixler, Robert Edward Dugdale, Philip M. Kelly, Richard B. Kendall, Janet I. Levine, Jeffrey H. Rutherford, and Patrick J. Somers.
KBK attorneys have been recognized among Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Litigators for each of the three years it has been published. In this year’s edition, Lawdragon recognized Ms. Brill for her contributions in Civil Litigation & Appeals, especially in Entertainment and Media. The publication honored Mr. Deixler for his work in both Commercial Litigation and White Collar Litigation. Mr. Dugdale was recognized for his work in three practice areas: Commercial Litigation, White Collar Litigation, and Appellate Litigation.
Mr. Kelly was named to the Leading Litigators list for his contributions in Entertainment and Media Litigation, and Mr. Kendall was honored for his achievements in the Commercial Litigation field. The publication also recognized Ms. Levine for her work in both White Collar Litigation and Investigations, while Mr. Rutherford was recognized in three areas: Commercial Litigation, White Collar Litigation, and Investigations. Mr. Somers was recognized for his work in Commercial Litigation, especially in Entertainment and Media Law.
