July 2017 – Laura W. Brill, a KBK founding partner, urged young lawyers and law students to help bring about greater diversity in the legal profession in an article she wrote for Money, Inc. Ms. Brill  encouraged young lawyers and law students to ask the right questions when they start their careers.  If the top applicants would persistently ask these questions – and would base their employment decisions on the answers they receive – she said their inquiries (and actions based on the information) could have a real and lasting impact, catalyzing internal discussions and changes that are needed to solve the problem.
